Boys' Volleyball Wins State Quarterfinals
The Boys Volleyball team had to face Kirkwood on their home turf Tuesday night in the State Quarterfinals. Both teams fought hard to force the match to three games. Erik Lewis started the third game with a huge block on Kirkwood's biggest hitter to set the tone. Juan Mundo, Ben Baldwin, and Lee Davis made perfect passes to Sang Jin Im, who set up huge kills for Matt Rohlfing and Adam Miller, who blasted through Pioneer blockers. Baldwin and Mundo came up with huge digs to keep the rallies going. The "Cats came away with the match and moved on to face St. Mary's in the Semi-Finals.
District Champs!
The Boys' Volleyball team went 4-2 on Friday night to win Districts and move on to the State Quarterfinals this Tuesday at Kirkwood High. Come out and cheer the Wildcats as they take on the Pioneers at 5:15.
District Championships this Friday!
This Friday night is the District Tournament at Rockwood Summit High School in Fenton. Come on out and cheer your first seeded Wildcats.
Howell Central Falls to Wildcat Juggernaut
After a surprising one-sided first game loss, the team came back with a passion and led by as many as 13 points at opne point before closing out the Spartans 25-14 in game 2. Game three was a close contest and finally ended on an ace by Adam Miller.
