Payment of Tuition

Westminster Christian Academy offers a variety of payment plans, which are summarized below. Please contact the Business Office at 314-997-2900 if you have questions regarding any of the following plans:

  • Plan A: Pay the full tuition and fees by June 30, 2008, less $276 discount, less the tuition deposit. No notice will be mailed.
  • Plan B: Pay the full tuition and fees on or before the first day of school, less $130 discount, less tuition deposit. No notice will be mailed.
  • Plan C: Pay in two installments at the beginning of each semester. The first payment is due by the first day of school and the second on or before January 4, 2009.
  • Plan D: Pay in 10 monthly payments, July through April. Monthly payments are due the first day of each month. Payment booklets are mailed in June. A $25 late fee is assessed if payment is not received during the month it is due.
Early Withdrawal Policy

If a student withdraws after June 1, 2008, but before the first day of school, and Westminster is not able to enroll another student to fill that place, the family is responsible for paying the full tuition for the first quarter ($2,762.50). If a student leaves for any reason after classes have begun, the family is responsible for paying the full tuition for that quarter.

Late Tuition Payments

Final grades, transcripts, and diplomas will not be released until all financial obligations are paid in full. On June 15, 2008, a 5% late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance. A 1% late fee will be assessed on the 15th of each month thereafter.
