  Westminster Christian Academy is committed to supporting the educational needs of families who have students with diagnosed learning disabilities. Westminster offers three different programs designed to meet the individual needs of a student. Westminster teachers would like to meet you personally and share with you a very detailed explanation of the special services available at Westminster. Parents are encouraged to come and meet the teachers, visit the classrooms, and ask questions. • ISSL SECONDARY SCHOOL NIGHT

  
  October 20, 2008  Monday, 6:30 p.m.
  

  This year Westminster will host this special community event. Secondary School Night provides an excellent opportunity to learn about 26 independent secondary schools in the greater St. Louis area. No advanced registration is required and admission is free. The program begins with an open house general information session where families are encouraged to speak informally with the representatives from the various schools. After the general session each school's representative will be available in a seperate room for three consecutive 25-minute information sessions.   This monthly event is sponsored by the admissions office for prospective students and their parents. The advantage of the Tours on Thursday is it provides an opportunity to see Westminster in session, observe teaching in the classroom, ask questions, and receive information about our school program. TOURS on THURSDAY begins with registration in the business office foyer at 8:45 a.m. followed by a short presentation until 9:40 a.m. Guided tours are available from 9:40 -10:30 a.m. Information about the special services offered at Westminster for students with diagnosed with learning disabilities will be presented.
